Komarc Games offers a wide range of production capabilities (in Vietnam and China) for clients worldwide. The company specializes in wood production, printed materials, and plastic components.

Wood Production

Komarc Games Vietnam specializes in manufacturing wood products, including game components, toys, displays and some household items. The company uses mainly Acacia and Rubberwood, both native to Vietnam, as well as, Beech, White Oak, Teak, and other imports.

The company has two main wood production facilities in South Vietnam, plus the Hoc Mon plant for quality control and assembly.

Komarc’s broad range of capabilities include wood drying (kilns), sanding, cutting, CNC, laser cutting and more. In addition, the company can do pad printing, silk screen printing, spray painting and hand painting.

Komarc can handle small to high volume production needs, with highly competitive prices and very good turnaround times.

Plastic Production

Komarc’s main manufacturing facilities for plastic parts are in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. This includes 2 main factories for injection molding and one separate facility for tooling. The company has 5 injection molding machines, and 2 CNC machines for building molds. Komarc can make custom parts in a wide range of sizes, as big as 50cm or very small parts, less than 1cm.

Komarc also offers finishing options, including, polishing, silk screen printing and painting.

The primary materials used for plastic parts and for toys include ABS, Acrylic, PP, PU, PVC and PS. Typical lead time for tooling is 15 to 30 days. The company also offers low cost molds for short run sampling. Sample time is 5 to 15 days.

Komarc also makes custom silicone molds for a range of resin and soft PU items.

And 3D custom prototypes can often be finished in less than a week. The material for most prototypes is ABS.

Print Production

Our printing capabilities are extensive. Komarc can produce up to 3,000 rigid boxes daily, up to 50,000 4-panel boxes, and, 1500 to 4000 card decks and box inserts per day. The company also produces POS products such as counter displays, counter cards, window signs, standees and floor displays.

The company procures its paper from several countries, including Korea, Thailand, China and parts of Europe.

Quality Control

In 2007, Komarc set up quality control, packaging and assembly operations in Vietnam. Now, the Vietnam division, Komarc Games Vietnam, also offers finishing and some box making. It’s important that every product is consistent, and retail ready, for their clients, distributors and partners.

The company has implemented the proper policies and procedures to insure social compliance at every level. This includes overtime, age of workers, work environment, health and safety.

The company complies with all heavy metal testing requirements and uses only non-toxic inks. Komarc’s factory partners have also passed numerous social and quality audits from Bureau Veritas, Intertek, SGS and others.
